It is ovious that free template is essential for those who are new in blogging business. So i think it is wise to apply free template fisrt then go for premium template only if you have some limitation about blogging but as a experieenced blogger i think you can download some dynamic templates from the following links.

To be honest i have download my template from this site and i am trying to make some changes with the widgets. But if you do remember one thing that is dont change the footer text especially the credits texts and links when you use any free template. It is the main term and condition but you can put some text after and above it. However when you use any template try to read the terms and conditions first.
